Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conduct and content that is not permitted on Cenoa Payment. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Services.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; (c) circumvent Cenoa's security or risk controls; (d) use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others; (e) submit false information or impersonate another person or entity; (f) attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services; or (g) resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to promote, sell, or facilitate (a) illegal goods or services; (b) controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit items; (c) sexually explicit or adult content; (d) gambling, lotteries, or unregistered investment schemes; (e) multi-level-marketing, pyramid, or matrix programs; (f) intellectual-property infringement; or (g) content that incites violence or hate against protected groups. The full list of prohibited and restricted categories tracks our payment partner's published policies.
Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, report it to abuse@cenoapayments.com. Provide the username, transaction ID (if known), a description of the conduct, and any supporting evidence. We investigate every report and may take action without notifying the reporter for confidentiality reasons.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without notice, hold or reverse transactions, freeze balances, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse to provide further service, and report activity to law enforcement, regulators, or our payment partners. Repeat or severe violations may also result in being banned from creating future Cenoa accounts.
Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the channels described in our Terms of Service.
